Evaluation of Reactor Core Damage at Fukushima Daiichi No. 1, 2 and 3

Special TEPCO release. This very detailed (and somewhat long) video gives TEPCOs complete analysis of the estimated condition of the reactor cores at the three Fukushima Daiichi plants that were on line when the March 11, 2011 earthquake hit. Complete details of the estimated condition of each core at present (late November 2011 – early December 2011) time are given. As of the production date of this video, no direct view has been made inside the dry well of any plant, and indirect assessment attempts have failed. As a result TEPCO has used a wide array of measured parameters, noted events and trends and computer and expert analysis to arrive at the conclusions discussed in this video.
